There is a certain, one time, creativity that you should look for in all areas of your wedding.
A smaller, delicious and beautifully decorated cake is worth twice a huge bland cake of the same price. If you dream of an outdoor water garden for your home wedding; you could have one installed or… designed and installed, you know there are costs to the goods and labor, but what you really want and ultimately pay for is their experience and-the creative design just for you and your specifics.

“A” Bouquet

I freely admit to never creating the same bouquet twice-there is always some small twist or whim of Nature. Creating the same design over and over is not only stunting and also boring for myself, but common and slightly unfair for you. A close mental picture I can render; but I honestly cannot give that detailed, to the number, exact outcome- as I myself never know what will be the exact. I don’t have a system or standard recipe to manufacture flower arrangements and bouquets. In my mind it is not possible, as we each are different. As a business owner, I know all costs involved but as the artist I create, and I create until I am satisfied and-satisfied that you will be.

One Time Only

With upwards to 50 weddings yearly; I still get both excited for you and anxious, because I am as energized to see the finished flowers as you are. I design for both of us every time because it is what I do and I love it. In doing so, every arrangement is one of its own. That, I am sorry to say, is what is missing and the travesty of the floral industry today-the many, so called ‘florists’. Innate talent just is… it is not created with the hanging of a sign and the purchase of a cooler. And it surely is not contingent on price. Wherever you are, and whatever florist you choose, look for that one time creativity, the faraway look of imagination, and most of all-the excited energy.

How To

Flowers are exquisite perfection and you should have nothing less. This is your day of dreams and you deserve exquisite to enhance your own loveliness; as it is fitting the Bride to steal the day with her spectacular bouquet. They should be newly created and designed to compliment you-not any and every Bride. Flowers should express your personality, and your innate good taste. They should be in season, traditionally correct, and add enchantment to the entire wedding picture; individual creations that add both charm and drama to even the simplest of ceremonies
There are varying degrees of formality for both wedding and reception and you set the pace by your choices, and then the creative process can begin. The most unexpected materials can produce the most surprising and breathtaking result. I encourage you as I do myself; think ‘what if’; let your imagination take over and go with it. There are other choices beyond the round, stem bouquet-in fact there are a multitude of choices limited only occasionally by Nature.

WEDDING COLLECTIONS

162-tulle-bouq-nice_small We have always disliked the word ‘package’ as it seems to imply a sub quality of product or service. When in reality it may surely mean less of something; we prefer to think of it as a ‘collection of items at a set price” We do not have any sub quality product or pricing. Does it exist? Absolutely-but we do not offer it. We believe you get what you pay for and…you should get what you pay for. Sub quality is really easy to find.

The Collections use the same high quality flowers & accessories that you would receive out of the Collection. The pricing is a bit less for two reasons:

1-we can order one or two varieties in quantity for your entire affair instead of cost incurring, multiple varieties, and

2– the designs chosen are the least labor intensive.

Don’t be hesitant, as the Collections are a convenience for us and a service for you. In fact, they are so convenient, they may be ordered over the telephone-perfect for a super busy Bride. There are of course certain restrictions and possible additional fees, but you have the option to choose them for yourself. Extra items and services can always be purchased ala arte.

Creating the flowers for any event on your own, is the dream of many. Unfortunately, the false confidence in the early planning stages seems to dwindle as the day gets closer, and with good reason. We all have talents, but floral design is one you are born with; not quickly learned for a one time event. With the many details & tasks that must be finished beforehand, the timing seems to always infringe on your creative dreams.

However, creating your own simple designs is one of the most rewarding things you could do for yourself and your event. We love what we do and in turn love to share it. Having taught many a student at our in-store classes the basics of many arrangements. It is not only a fun time, but a great boost for the self-esteem! We can help you step by step with your event flowers, whether at your venue or the store. This can be a private one-on-one in the store, your home, or another site-for the entire wedding party, friends, and family to participate and help; using your flowers & supplies or ours.
